Un(e) Réceptionniste polyvalent(e)

 

Sous la direction de la Responsable de réception, vous êtes amené(e) à :

 

- Accueillir et conseiller les clients tout au long de leur séjour

- assurer les reservations, la planification d'événements et les devis

- gérer la facturation et les encaissements

- Préparer le dressage du petit déjeuner et assurer la prise en charge des clients pendant cette période

- Veiller à la bonne tenue de la réception et du matériel.

 

Vous êtes rigoureux(se), réactif (ve), et avez l'esprit d'équipe. La satisfaction des clients est votre principale préoccupation.

Vous parlez correctement l'anglais. La maîtrise de l'allemand serait un plus.

 

Formation au poste assurée.

 

Expérience : Réceptionniste en hôtellerie ou similaire souhaitée

Baccalauréat ou Niveau bac (Requis)
